Reminders set for a date (without time) no longer appearing as individual reminders

I regularly use Siri to set reminders for a particular day, without specifying the time (e.g. "remind me to call John tomorrow" or "remind me to pay my phone bill on Thursday").

Until recently, these reminders always showed up at 9am and they were normal, individual reminders that persisted on my lock screen until I either marked them as completed or delayed them. They were just like reminders set for a particular time, except the system automatically set them for 9am.

At some point in the last few weeks this changed. Now I just get a generic "you have reminders today" notification at 9am, with no individual reminders - I have to open the Reminders app to actually see them, so I am not actually "reminded". The only workaround is to specify the time when I set the reminder.

How can I put this back how it was?

You may get better and prompt responses if you may kindly provide the iPhone Model that you have and the iOS version if it is known to you and re-post.

With the limited information that you have provided, It is hard to even guess the problems faced by you.
