My iphone 14 recent calls have all turned red, even though I replied to them. These same numbers now also show up in red in each contact's list. Bizarre. Anyone can help?

These are all missed calls. Refer to the tab on top.
There are two tabs on top. 1. All, and 2. Missed.
You have probably selected "Missed"
