Websites are restricted on my iPhone 15 after iOS 18.4.1 update

Since the 18.4.1 update my iPhone 15 keeps saying “website is restricted” when I search in Safari. Does the same with Chrome and Edge. I have to back out and reload the website then it will open. Anyone else having this issue?

Troubleshooting "Website is Restricted":

A. Start with a Restart:

You've just installed an update. So, restart your iPhone. It is ideal to perform a restart after updating any device's operating system (including computers). Sometimes, settings need to catch up with the update's new features and configurations: Go Here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

B. Turn Off All VPNs:

If you are using a VPN --turn it off.

C. Ownership Restrictions:

Are you using a company- or school-owned device? If so, contact them for assistance.

D. Request Access to from Site:

This can be a restriction on the Website itself. So, contact the Website using another device. You'll find their Contact Us information located on the homepage of their site.
