How can I cancel a pending subscription charge on my Apple Account?

Hello. I accidentally started a free trial of the PicsArt app and cancelled it 2 days late. Now it is trying to charge me $29, but I don’t have funds on my card. The subscription is already cancelled. I didn’t mean to use the paid version. Please help remove this pending charge — I can’t download other apps because of it. I have IPhone 11.

You cannot cancel a Pending charge. It will need to be paid because you have already authorized the charge if you did not cancel the free trial at least 24 hours before the trial period ended. You will not be able to continue to use the App Store while you owe money or have a payment method that is now considered not valid, since it cannot process any charges.

After you have paid for the charge, then you can request a refund, but as stated already there is no guarantee, as in most cases all transactions in the App Store are final.
