Why does CMD+Tab bring the wrong app to front on my MacBook Pro?
I've been experiencing this for a long time (before Sequoia at least) and can't really find a solution. When I use CMD+Tab to switch applications and if the application has an open window on another space -> there is a jump to the right space and the app window comes to the front briefly -> but then a different app window comes to front for no good reason. This happens even when the only open window on the space is for the switched app, in this case the finder comes as the front app. As far as I can tell, the app that is brought to the front is whatever was at the front on the space. This behavior isn't really useful when I'm selecting the app to switch directly.
Anyway, if you found this solved somewhere (not through a third-party app, this is a basic os function) or taken as a bug report, I'd be happy to know and follow.
Thanks
