Given that there seems to be almost an infinite number of cases available and every person with Parkinson's is going to have different needs, that's a really hard question to answer. Your mother's hand size may play into this as well.

I'd take a look at cases by Otterbox. Many of them are designed to withstand impact. They are often a bit bulky, but that might be good in this case.

Whatever you purchase, do so from a vendor that has a decent return policy.

In addition to the advice offered by two very respected forum members, you might want to consider a lanyard case which would help someone with Parkinson's, avoid dropping their phone to keep it safe.

In addition to what the senior members of this forum have recommended, you might drive to a mall or two. Most malls have kiosks selling all sorts of things including iPhone accessories and cases. You could try the cases first hand and see if there are any that work best for her.
