Example: Today I was trying to sell something on fb marketplace, but my phone wouldn't load messenger to be able to text anybody back.
It's been doing this since I got it I've tried restarting it resetting it, but nothing works. Sometimes I can't even call or message anyone because every time I open any app they won't open or crash directly after opening.

Make sure you are on the latest iOS 18.4.1. Make sure all your apps are updated. Please try a Forced Restart.
One last thing to try before you go in for service at your nearest Apple Store Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

I wouldn't act so fast. First, you should visit your nearest Apple Store Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider for service. It's possible all that is necessary is a repair that will be less than the cost of a new iPhone.

If the issues you are facing only happen in the Messenger app, this would indicate an issue with their app and not Apple nor your iPhone. I can suggest to you basic troubleshooting, such as delete and reinstall the app. Aside from that, you'll need to contact the app support for help.
