What does peak performance mean when battery health is at 74% on iPhone?

can someone explain different between battery health and peak performance because my battery is at 74 capacity snd its still support peak performance . but games like efootball lags on medium and high graphics and also heat up phone

So what does peak performance mean

Your battery is badly degraded at 74% battery health. It needed to be replaced long ago and the longer you continue to use the phone, the more likely the battery is going to swell and ultimately destroy your phone. Apple recommends replacing the battery at 80% Battery Health. I wouldn't trust the statement of peak performance, when the battery is badly degraded on your phone.

In addition to lobsterghost1’s sage advice, be sure to only have the iPhone’s battery replaced at an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. If you have it served at a non-authorized store, they will be voiding any warranty and service on the iPhone. In addition, they do not have the proper parts and trained technicians to perform the service.
