please help me with icloud, this morning i created an icloud account for my son, and now the iphone says this: Cannot sign out due to restrictions

I don't quite understand who is trying to sign out and why. However "due to restrictions" usually is caused by Screen Time rules, in this case Content and Privacy, Account .
