Sleep data not recorded in Health app on iPhone when Wi-Fi is on

My iPhone turns on sleep mode when wifi is on, but it doesn't record my sleep data in health. However, it records when wifi is off. This problem didn't exist before, it started after the latest update. I would be glad if you could help. Thank you.

Ever since that update happened, the phone no longer tracks my sleep in the Health app. Has anyone had a similar problem, and were you able to correct it? If so, what did you do? There was one person who had a fix for it, but it didn’t work for me. That person had a newer model so perhaps that’s why, but I’d love to know if there’s a fix. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Why sleep data not showing up? It’s bad enough that that health app cannot track my sleep data whenever I go out and party and come back home late, health app doesn’t show my sleep data once I wake up! Why does this particularly happen when I come back home and sleep late?! I made sure to adjust the sleep period but it still doesn’t work! Does that mean I have to be consistent with my sleep schedule?!?
