How to add music to videos in iPhone Photos app?

I cannot add music to my videos using the photo app I used to be able to add music to my videos on the photo album and also select a starting point of the song that I would be using. After the upgrade, I can add music to the videos, but I can’t select the starting point for the song. I do not know if perhaps I am missing something or if it is an attempt for Apple to make additional revenue off of a new app to see if remove that feature after the upgrade. I am disappointed and canceled my iPhone 14 pro order.

iOS 18 Photos default from photo to movie in albums I upgraded to iOS 18 and I'm not crazy about the changes to the photos. When I open an album and select a photo it defaults to movie and starts playing music (it actually changes on its own from photo to movie, you can see it take place). I can mute the music, however is there a way to have the album default to photo instead of movie? I use these albums a lot and this is super annoying.
