Photo opens. I can see photos. When I click on pic/vid it immediately crashes ~ Quit Unexpectedly. I have REPAIRED Photo by holding down the Option/Command. I have booted in Safe Mode. I have given First Aid to Hard Drive. Now what? No backup/Time Machine. IF I uninstall..where do I find Photo app? (not in app store)

As a Test:
Create a new library and import 20 or thirty shots into it. See does the same happen.
To create a new library hold the option key when launching Photos and select 'Create New' in the resulting dialogue.
If the new library works it will tell us the issue is with the older one. If the issue is repeated there then we have a systemic issue. Post back your results.

We can't see your machine, much less read your mind. We rely on you to give us enough information so that we can understand your issue if we are to help. We need a full description of the issue, information on what devices or machines you're referring to, the operating system (and version of it) currently on the machine. What you expect to happen, and where it fails. Err on giving too much information rather than too little.
Photos is installed as part of the Operating System. You cannot delete it.
MacOS Monterey Version 12.7.6 iMac / Uploaded photos/video via iPhone to Photos. All photos and videos showed...but upon clicking on the photo immediately the program quit and announced 'Photo Quit Unexpectedly'. The same happened if I right clicked on a photo/video to delete or get info, etc. I repaired Photo app by holding down the Command and Option keys then opening Photos. I also tried First Aid on the Hard Drive. Nothing has worked.
