Why my iPhone screen is unresponsive and black?
I wish I could put pictures here but I can’t. This is the weirdest thing I’ve seen happen with an iPhone
- screen is black
- symbols in top left corner still visible
- wifi prover name still visible
- screen shot works and it produces an image of the Lock Screen that should be displaying
- can see outline of Lock Screen on all four corners as in it’s peaking through what at this point seems to be a black popup?
- drop down menu from top left still works
- restart will not work
- phone screen turns off but hard reset is not working
- idk how this happened this is my moms phone
- Volume and shutdown buttons also produce the bump outs displayed on Lock Screen that they should
i genuinely have no clue what’s wrong with this thing. Texts also come through with sound and display on the Home Screen (can be seen in the screen shots I’m taking but not on the screen) I’m so confused
