To remove an ear tip, pull firmly with your fingers at the base of the ear tip, where the ear tip is attached to the AirPod.

"How to change AirPods Pro 2 tips without damage?: I’ve recently bought new Airpods Pro 2 and I’d like to change the tips to better fit my ears but I can’t, no matter how hard I try. I’m afraid to tear them apart. I’ve tried to rub and twist them, grab them with a paper towel, read the official article, yet they can’t be removed. Could I go to an Apple store to fix this issue? Will it be free because, as far as I know, I didn’t break anything or glued them together? Any help is appreciated"
