How to bypass Activation Lock on iPad (10th generation) found in car?

After i found this on my dads car, 1 week later, me and my mom were trying to reset the 10nth generation iPad. After that, i found that the iPad is locked! After trying to figure out something, or trying to reset it again, I have no choice that i have to ask the community for help. PLS.
