I know my screen time passcode, and in the past I could always turn it off then turn it back on and all my screen time data would be deleted. But now, for some reason I could turn it off, wait 3 hours and the data would still be there. Is there a fix for this?

I just tried it on my device and it worked like a charm. I tapped “Turn Off App & Website Activity” and then right after I tapped “Turn On App & Website Activity.” Are you pressing these same buttons?
Settings > Screen Time > Share Across Devices [Turn off]
Yes, I pressed those exact buttons.
Oh yeah, for extra info, I also tried this on my Macbook and it did erase screentime data on my Mac, but not my phone.
