How to resolve IMAP error after updating iPad Air to iOS 18.4.1?
I went to my internet account and redid my password. I still come up with an IMAP error message.

Report the issue to your IMAP provider ot look at their support site/forums, for imap error message.
This is not what you’ll want to hear, but after four months of doing without any email through my ISP, Centurylink, I gave up and ditched the IMAP option and switched to POP3 settings. IOS Mail has worked for the past month on my iPhone. (Just hope I haven’t jinxed it by saying that out loud.)
