How is my iPhone getting rooted without jailbreak?

Your phone is not rooted. You simply do not understand the analytic data as it is not intended for user interpretations. The purpose of the analytics logs is for when they are requested by an Apple Engineer after a Support Ticket has been opened for an issue reported to Apple Support.

There are many words or phrases that will mean nothing to you, and root access as referred to in the analytics is the basic access permissions used for any UNIX based operating system. The underpinnings of iOS are based on UNIX that was developed in the 1970's. Don't be surprised when you come across the Pegasus.framework. No it does not mean your phone has pegasus spyware installed, it is an Apple Framework that has been part of iOS long before there was ever any such thing as Pegasus Spyware.

My recommendation is to get rid of Avast. It cannot scan your iPhone for any virus as there is no access to your file system. That is the same reason why there are no viruses that can be installed on any of the System files. In addition, do not bother with any of the Analytic Logs. If you have an issue with your phone, describe what that problem is here.

What makes you think that your phone is "rooted" (i.e., that some malicious piece of software has taken control, at a deep and privileged level)?

It is much more likely that you are seeing something in analytics that you do not understand, and letting paranoia or misinformation from the Internet run away with you. Analytics are intended for developers and support people who have extensive technical training, experience, and access to information about a particular area; and even for those people, can be difficult and laborious to read.

Your device is not rooted. Apparently what you did was copy/pasted analytics into ChatGPT/AI Service and that is where you are getting your information. That would be the worst thing you could do if you are actually looking for factual information. The problem you have run into is that the source of the data used to train the model comes from sources like Reddit. Google has a contract with Reddit to use their posts to train Gemini with those results also seen in Google Search. Reddit is the epicenter of conspiracy theories when it comes to these claims and the AI responses are just regurgitating this incorrect information.

What Developer's are telling you your device is rooted? I am a Developer myself with many apps in the App Store and I am telling you your device is not rooted. In all truth, being a Developer is actually irrelevant. I know I am not going to convince you otherwise and you will always believe what you want to believe, but you have provided proof of nothing and no one has remote access to your device.

Analytics can't be read without special software so whatever it is your seeing does not say you are being rooted.

It's unlikely for an iPhone to get rooted without being jailbroken first. If you're seeing evidence of rooting in your analytics but don't have a jailbroken device, it could be a result of a misinterpretation of the data or some other technical issue.

I really only use them for assistance in editing documents I've already written (or at least outlined).
