How do I get a refund for an unauthorised charge by Apple?

Dear Apple Support,

I have just received billing to my AmEx credit card with Apple.com/billing/hollyhill, that I didn't authorise or aware of.

I do not recognize this purchase, how do I get a refund on my AmEx card?
