How do I remove black text box when I type anything on iPhone?

So early this morning, this was not doing it, but I just went to text a friend and a little black box popped up and it let me write the text in it but then when I sent it, it sent it like a normal message. I have an iPhone iPhone 12 and I looked it up and it said that if you had an iPhone 14 or above, it could be a dynamic island feature whatever that means I had a 14 before and I never had this, but the black box is doing it all the time like right now when I am talk to texting this. It is doing it in the black box and in the message box that I am on right now which is strange so it’s typing it in two different places. Also if I go and search something like settings, it also does it in the black box. I checked my settings to see if there was an update and there was not. Anyone else had this happen? I sent a couple screenshots of what this like so you guys could understand what I am talking about thank you in advance for any answers
