Can my wife use my AirPods on her iPhone when not in use?

I set up my air pod pro 2 on my iPhone. If my wife wants to use the air pods on her iPhone when I am not currently using them can she also set them up on her phone or is the set up limited to one Apple ID so she can not borrow them?
