Unable to update my new card on Apple Account due to an active subscription

So basically any time I try to download an app it says I need to verify my card. I’ve searched all of my settings and there is no option to do so. I know there is supposed to be a way to do it in settings wallet, however it just doesn’t show me that option. I can’t remove the card due to an active subscription and I do not have another payment method to add so I’m kind of stuck.

iPhone, Settings, [tap your name], payments and shipping

Add the correct card again

Delete the old version

No, you will not be able to remove the current one until another payment method is added. Are you sure that the current card is still in date, and the security code is correct?

If you cannot borrow another card from, for example, your partner then you may have to contact Apple support to intervene.
