Unable to scan from Mac to HP Printer

Hello,

Scan from "Easy Scan" (MacOS 15.4.1) to HP Printer MFP276nw doesn't work. Scanner can't be found. Same problem from HP with a network Folder..

Thanks to resolve...

While the HP specs for the HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw printer do not list AirPrint, the Apple AirPrint article does list that printer.

AirPrint support means the printer is less dependent on vendor drivers for common printing and scanning functions.

If you are using vendor printer drivers, check for and install driver updates. If that fails, switch to and try AirPrint.

Check the printer firmware version for available updates, as well. I don’t see doc specific to that printer, but the following is the generic HP firmware update sequence: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

A hardy +1 for using Image Capture.

I've not use the software included with scanners and multi-function devices in years. IC is far more reliable and easier to use. Any settings options the scanner needs are shown in Image Capture. This from Image Capture on my M4 Pro Macbook Pro running Sequoia and networked with our Epson ET-3850:

The options on the right are exactly what the Epson softer would have offered.
