How to redirect repaired AirPods from UPS back to Apple?

I sent my airpods to apple to be repaired. They have repaired them and sent them out with UPS who have failed to delivery them and said they will send them back to sender. I want to chat to somone at apple about redirecting the item to a locker but can't find out where to do that.

You can contact Apple directly here:

Contact Apple Support - Apple Support

You should have had the tracking number when the AirPods were sent, and it is usually the carrier where you can get updates on the delivery and have further options such as allowing delivery without signature or changing the delivery location. UPS usually attempts to deliver the package 3 times before it is returned to the sender.

Thx for the reply. I went on the link you gave for apple support but I don't see anything that applies to my situation. UPS have said they already made 3 attempts, and I can't get any help from there because the driver didn't leave a card.

Support varies by region, but for most it is the phone number for the region in the link provided that will get you directly in contact with Apple. You will have to explain the situation to them as the number handles support for all matters and not specific for shipping. There is not a directory of every department for contact. In the US, the number given is 1-800-275-2273.
