White spot appears in my iphone 16 pro LCD (without screen protector)

Like oneacarp indicated you seem to have damaged the phone screen. If you want it replaced under warranty, don't mention the screen protector. Honesty will cost you $100's.

Was it there before you put the screen protector on, right when you unboxed it? If not, perhaps the screen protector caused it. You do have 14 days to return and exchange the iPhone if you purchased it from Apple.

If the spot was not visible and did not appear until after you removed the screen protector, I guess I am wondering why you removed the screen protector.

I'm sorry, but without being able to physically look at the phone, we are down to guesses.

Let's start over. Your original post said that you "bought a new iphone 16 pro, but when trying to put screen protector something annoyingly weird appear."

So, the "spot" did not appear until after you tried to install the screen protector? Is that correct?

But now, you say that the spot did not appear until after you removed the screen protector?

That appears to be an air bubble that was caught in the screen protector. Try using something slim like a credit card to gently push it out. If that doesn't work slightly lift a corner of the protector and re-apply it after removing dust or debris. 

Is the phone powered off? If yes.....this is not an iPhone issue.

Likely a bubble in the screen protector. If you can't rub it out, you'll have to remove the screen protector and try another.
