Ok so I’m pretty young not the smartest but I have developer on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and it worked amazing for a while until it told me to verify my apps so I went to vpn and device management and clicked verify then it would say verifying for like 1 second and go straight back not even doing anything can anyone help?

You would need to contact that Developer. Adding an app by allowing a Developer to manage your device is not a good idea and will lower your security. My suggestion would be to remove the Developer from your Device Management. I am also not a fan of VPN use as they do not provide any security and network issues are very common, even if they are turned off.
