When Apple repairs app Mail “Network error (POSIX 96)”

That error is almost always caused by a misconfigured VPN.
Remove the VPN from your phone entirely. Don't just shut it off.
Do you use a VPN, on your iPhone? If yes, at a minimum turn it off and see if this helps. Better yet, if not required, VPN, on iPhone often causes network issues, so remove the VPN profile from your phone altogether as iPhone does NOT need a VPN at all.
It’s happen on wifi, cellular.
Customer support advised to "reset network settings" and delete and reinstall the eSIM and thats work
Does it happen on one particular wifi network? All wifi networks? cellular data?
It's a networking problem that is commonly caused by misconfigured VPNs. If you don't use a VPN or proxy, it may be something specific to the network you're on.
Make sure that mail is enabled as the default mail app on your phone. Make sure your WiFi connection is strong. If you use a VPN, delete it and then restart your device.

I don’t use VPN.
That’s working for 5 hours 🤦♂️
