iPhone 16e can’t see a Bluetooth device
I have made sure the device is in pairing mode. Etc. it worked perfectly before I set up my new phone, an hour ago.

Is it possibly paired with another device which is nearby and powered on? If yes, turn the other device off and see if you can then pair it to your phone. Some devices will permit simultaneous pairings and some won't.

What "device" are you trying to pair it to exactly?
Was the "device" paired to something else before setting up the iPhone?
