Why does the Password App that is automatically installed on Mac devices only work on Windows? That does not make any sense.
I installed the Password app extension on Chrome and every time I try to use it, nothing happens. What am I missing?

It's your question that doesn't make sense to me. The macOS Password app only works on Macs. It cannot be installed on a Windows machine. Can you explain your concern in a different way?

Aside from the fact that Chrome is generally horrible and I'd recommend using almost anything else, I'd suggest you uninstall and reinstall the extension. Then quit and relaunch Chrome.
