I have a family an Apple One Family subscription and can access my Apple TV account from my iPhone and iPad.

What happens if you log in to the https://tv.apple.com website? Does it work there?
If it does not, it may be an issue with the Macs directly. Do you have an anti-virus or VPN installed on the Macs?
Try disabling them and testing again.
Does it work if you start the Macs in Safe Mode, or use a different profile?

What happens when you try to access Apple TV+ content?
Do you get an error?
Does it ask you to subscribe?
What exactly is not working?
Is the MacBook signed in to the same Apple ID as the iPhone and iPad?
Can you see the Apple One subscription in System Preferences ➜ Family?
Hi, thanks for responding, this issue has got me baffled.
The MacBook is logged into the same Apple ID account and I can see the subscription. I am receiving Apple Music and iCloud fine.
There is not a lot of response from the app on my MacBook or my wife’s MacBook. I log in but it doesn’t log me in. Every once in a while it says it is unable to complete this process. The only way I can watch a programme on our MacBooks is if I subscribe.
My iPhone and iPad and the home tv are all signed into the same Apple ID account and all work perfectly.
It is just the MacBook AppleTV app that is not allowing us to sign in. Have attempted forced quitting the app and restarting the computers. No luck.
Any ideas? Much appreciated.

I used the MacBook Air safe mode and no change.
I couldn't log into my AppleID on the website when the first 20-25 times I tried. When I eventually got in, I could load a show but it only showed the adds and then said 'an unexpected error had occurred, try again later'
I have hardly any apps on this MacBook Air, no virus software but I do have a VPN, which I disabled.
I tried a different profile and the result was no different.
