Why doesn’t my Apple Watch SE light up for notifications?

Hello everyone, I have issue with my new Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen, Model A2722 from year 2022). How can I to set the Apple Watch display to light up when I received a notification? For saving power I do not using Wake On Wrist Raise option. Thank you for help.

Hello! I am getting that you would like to turn on the "Always on display" on your Apple watch SE? Unfortunately, this model does not have that option. But for the screen turning on for notifications- Make sure your "Wake screen on wrist raise" is on in settings. So when you feel the tap of your Apple watch when you receive a notification, all you have to do is raise your wrist and your Apple watch display will turn on and show that notification.

Hope this helps!

Hi, thanks for your answer. I don't use the Always On Display option and as you rightly say, my watch model doesn't support this function. Is there any other way to light up the display when I get a notification without having the Wake screen on wrist raise option enabled? This feature doesn't suit me because I work as a mechanic and my watch lights up for no reason during assembly. I need to set my watch so that the display lights up like on any mobile phone, for example when I get a call or a text message.
