Airpods 4 ANC trouble updating firmware

My airpods 4 with ANC are still not updating even after following the directions given by Apple that they give each time it's posted about this problem. The problem still persists and it is very annoying that I must continue to fight something that should just happen without intervention. We spend good money on Apple products and we DO expect them to work. Give me a solid reason why these are not updating or get me a new pair. It is that simple.

It is weird that your firmware is not updating, you might want to take them to the Apple Store and ave them updated there, it can happen sometimes that the firmware for AirPods is not coming through I am afraid
