How to fix zero Screen Time on MacBook Air after Sequoia 15.4.1 update?

I have a MacBook Air M3 after update to Sequoia 15.4.1 my screen time feature is not longer working. Submitted to support , run in Safe mode, re-entered the ID… Did not help, I see that some people meet issue with long screen time but not with zero time. Does someone have the same issue? Can it be solved?

Hi,

To resolve the issue of zero screen time after updating to macOS Sequoia 15.4.1 on your MacBook Air, ensure "App & Website Activity" is turned on in Screen Time settings. You can do this by going to System Settings > Screen Time > App & Website Activity, and then turning it on.

Here's a more detailed explanation:

  1. Open System Settings: Go to the Apple menu and select System Settings.
  2. Access Screen Time: Click on Screen Time in the sidebar (you might need to scroll down).
  3. Enable App & Website Activity: Click on App & Website Activity, then click the "Turn On App & Website Activity" button.

If you need to turn off App & Website Activity, you can also find it under Screen Time settings in System Settings.
