How do I file a claim for Siri privacy violation

You don’t need to prove Siri was listening, Z. You just need to swear under oath that Siri was unintentionally activated, and that the conversation that followed was personal.

You need to prove Siri was actually listening in on your conversations. If you weren’t aware, I am under the impression that you didn’t believe Siri was listening to you. That would mean lying to claim the settlement, which you need to swear under oath Siri was listening to you.

Of course, if you lie under oath, to try to obtain money that you do not have coming to you, that's perjury and attempted fraud. The potential penalties for which far exceed $20.
