How can I stop software from interfering with my streaming ..my stream is low to 3fps from 30 after I just updated software please I need help

Check is your device is updated to latest OS or not?
check the battery health, do not overload CPU while streaming it may reduce the FPS .
Always try to keep the device in normal temparature
