You need to know the email address used on the phone. The password for the account is used to encrypt your data, so even Apple does not know what it is and there is no backdoor into your device to reveal it. The link provided by razmee209 offers some tips for you to find the email address that was used.
If that is unsuccessful, the only other way to use the device again is to provide the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller, where that can be used to remove any account on the device, but also wipes it so no data that was previously on it would be recoverable.
