How do I replace a worn-out Apple Watch band at the buttoning point?

I bought a 49mm black trail band six months ago and is now worn out at the buttoning point. I did not hit the band. Can it be replaced?

it should be under warranty so if they judge it to be a production issue and not an user handling issue it should be covered
