Can I remap my Mac number pad for directional navigation?

On most keyboards with a number pad, the numlock key switches between the numbers and directional functionality (e.g. the 8 is cursor up, 2 is cursor down). However, on the full magic keyboard (with a numberpad) the numlock key is now the "clear" key, and pressing it seems to have no effect at all. Using the numberpad gives me nothing but numbers.

Unfortunately, I have 42 years of muscle memory of using the number pad for direction. Is there any way to reclaim the functionality or remap the directional keys to the number pad using 3rd party software. I don't really care about losing the number entry functions on the keypad.
