Why is Apple billing two separate Apple IDs for the same YouTube Premium subscription?

Apple’s billing system is processing two separate charges for YouTube Premium under two different Apple ID one is Gmail and one is Yahoo.
The Gmail Apple ID has the actual YouTube Premium subscription and should be billed.
The Yahoo Apple ID does not have an active YouTube account with YouTube Premium, yet Apple is still charging it $18.99 per month even though no subscription exists under the Yahoo account.
plus $18.99 for the Gmail Apple ID.
The PROBLEM is that Apple is billing both Apple IDs separately just because YouTube is being accessed on both devices.
This is not an authorized purchase it’s a (SYSTEM ERROR).
when I explain to the senior advisor he doesn’t understand the issue and. He’s not understanding the system error that I’m trying to point out for Apple
And no, I did not intentionally subscribe through the Yahoo Apple ID.
If you want to argue, just first explain to me why is my Yahoo Apple ID is being billed for YouTube premium when it does not have an active YouTube account or YouTube premium subscription or Even logged in as an Apple ID using YouTube!!!
Apple wrongly billed me, this is a system error in how Apple is handling the billing.
just because I am accessing a YouTube account on 2 different Apple devices with two different Apple IDs, your billing me for 1 subscription on both Apple IDs!
I am very disappointed hopefully someone sees this and I get some clarification and help.
