Pairing your Z-NUOJIA stylus with your iPad should be straightforward, as this stylus doesn't require Bluetooth or any app installation.

To prepare it for pairing:

  1. Ensure your Z-NUOJIA pen is fully charged. A 30-minute charge typically provides up to 20 hours of use.
  2. Double-tap the top of the stylus to turn it on. The LED light should illuminate, indicating it's active.
  3. Although the stylus doesn't use Bluetooth, previous connections with devices like the Apple Pencil can interfere. Navigate to Settings > Bluetooth on your iPad and turn off Bluetooth. If you see an Apple Pencil listed under "My Devices," tap the "i" icon next to it and select "Forget This Device" .
  4. Finally, open an app that supports stylus input, such as Notes, and try writing or drawing.

If you've followed these steps and the stylus still isn't functioning, consider the following:

  • Inspect the stylus tip for wear or damage. A worn-out tip can affect performance.
  • Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
  • If problems persist, reach out to Z-NUOJIA customer support or the retailer from whom you purchased the stylus for further assistance.
