That is the same process for any app and there is not a date published on when apps are approved. You know it has been approved when you see it in the App Store.

Feel free to contact Epic, as any communication with the approval process will go to them, and they may have more information if they want to share it. There are sites that claimed Epic submitted it a day ago and the time for the review process varies, so there is speculation out there that it will be available in a week, but speculation is not allowed on this support site.
