How do I fix poor audio quality during Bluetooth car calls on iPhone XS with iOS 18.4?

With IOS 18.4 the one I call is having bad audio sound, when connected via bluetooth to car kit.

Ik looks like or:

the noice canceling is not working for the person I call,
or it seems that the noice of one of the iPhone mic's sound/noice is added to the phone audio. When switching off the air van in the car, the noice at the person I call is a bit lower.

The iPhone XS in combination with the car stereo (Porsche Panamera) was working excellent for the last 5-6 years, before the upgrade to IOS 18.4.

Can I go back to IOS 18.3 or 17.x ? to get this issue solved?

IOS 18.5 solved the issue.

No. You can not downgrade iOS. You can upgrade to the current version however, which is 18.4.1.

18.5 is expected soon.

Thank you for the answer. I have indeed 18.4.1 on the XS, having the described problem.

So, I have to wait and hope to be solved.

Do you know if version 18.5 beta helps to solve this problem?
