Temu website opens in the background when I search for anything online. My searches are completely unrelated to Temu. (I have also never used Temu in my life). How do i stop this?

Which web browser? Some have controls around pop-ups and pop-unders.
If you have any web browser extensions, disable those in the web browser, and test again .
If you have any add-on VPN apps, add-on security apps, add-on coupon apps, or shopping apps, remove them all, and test again.
You can also use an ad blocker, such as Wipr 2 or similar.

It happens with my chrome browser. Only happens on my iPhone 14 too. I have an iPhone 11 logged into the same account and it doesn’t happen on the iPhone 11.
