Try a Forced Restart
Quickly press and release the UP button
Quickly press and release the DOWN button
Hold in the SIDE button and keep holding it for another 20+ seconds while ignoring the slider. Just keep holding the SIDE button until the Apple logo appears in the center of the screen, then release and let the iPhone restart
