Problem signing to IMAP email accounts with MacOS 15.4.1
I've updated to MacOS 15.4.1, I'm unable to connect with my Shaw/Rogers IMAP email accounts in either Mac Mail or Outlook 365. I've tried many times to delete then re-add the accounts in both email browsers with no luck. Everything is set up correctly (User names, email addresses, passwords, Incoming and Outgoing servers, and Ports, using SSL to connect. I've also tried resetting the IMAP account passwords. No matter what I try I can't connect with the IMAP server on this computer with Sequoia 15.4.1. I also created a new email address @shaw.ca and encountered the very same problems.
In Mail, I get an "Unable to verify account name or password." message.
In Outlook, I get an "Unable to sign in. Check your credentials and try again." message.
I've contacted Shaw/Rogers and and they recommended that I contact Apple and Apple recommednded that I contact Shaw/Rogers. I can access the accounts through Shaw Webmail and on my iPad and Apple phone.
