Can I upgrade my iPad 2 or trade it in for a new model?

There is no trade-in value for an iPad 2, but Apple will recycle it. If you are not near an Apple retail store, both Staples and Office Max have free recycling. As I am 100 miles from the nearest Apple store, I take all our obsolete tech to Staples. A list of what they accept is at the bottom on this web page:

You would need to buy a new ipad, only Apple can say how much the trade in value is if any.
