How do I fix Logitech M705 Marathon mouse jumping on Apple M1 Pro MacBook?

Hi, I have a macbook (Apple M1 Pro) and I use a M705 Marathon Logitech (no bluetooth option).

I am experincing trouble with the mouse pointer jumping and the experince of using the mouse is really not smooth and even frustraiting.

How can I resilve this issue so the mouse will work smoothly?

Thank you

Did you install the Logitech software? If so, try uninstalling it using Logitech’s uninstaller and use the mouse without it. If it doesn’t jump around without Logitech’s driver, seek an updated driver from Logitech or just use the mouse without their software.
