How to keep AirPods 4 from falling out of my ears?

Bought my other half a pair of the latest AirPods 4 and they don’t fit and keep falling out of his ears. Any tips here?

AirPods 4 don't have ear tips that you can change so I am afraid that the AirPods don't fit his ears well
