How to delete large videos from iPhone to gain back available storage space

These instructions took me months to do!!!

🟢Delete videos MASTER large videos from iPhone to gain storage space on iPhone NOTES… iCloud Drive external hard drive EHD delete videos unmodified original iCloud Drive finder downloads deleted videos….see instructions below

Locate large video on iPhone

 click share button in the bottom left 

click export unmodified original to iCloud Drive

click save 

go to my computer 

On Safari sign into iCloud and go to iCloud Drive you will have to click on the word drive to activate it and then click on the three dots to download the video to Mac downloads

go to Finder 

go to downloads 

locate video in downloads 

copy video to external hard drives on the Mac 

delete in Mac downloads 

and delete it in Mac iCloud Drive… 

Delete the video from iPhone

Then delete video from recently deleted videos on iPhone

DOING ALL OF THIS WILL HELP YOU GAIN BACK STORAGE SPACE ON YOUR IPHONE

HOPEFULLY NEXT YEAR APPLE WILL COME OUT WITH A 2 TB iPhone SO I DON’T HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS CRAP AGAIN
