AuthKitUIService is a standard Apple process and those normally do not show up even though they continue to run on your phone. I suspect this is a bug since it is not an app, which is why there is no icon associated with it, other than the default icon when one is not available.

Have you updated to iOS 18.5 yet?

If you still see it after the iOS 18.5 update, you can send feedback to Apple here and under Feedback Type, choose Bug Report.

Nope, no one has hacked into your phone. This same thing has been reported previously. Bug reports are sent to Apple using the feedback link already provided, and you also want to make sure you are not sharing your Screen Time data across other devices by going to Settings > Screen Time > Share Across Devices, and turn the switch off. With the switch turned on, the data from other devices using your Apple Account will be included.

Authkit is a piece of software that developers use for sign in screens and such. If it remains on your screen time, you might want to restart the iPhone to see if the issues persist.

If the issues persist, you might want to force restart it

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

It’s nothing to worry about. It’s a default Apple App and nothing to worry about. If you’re concerned please contact Apple Support.
